Masters success at Stormont

With a team gold, an individual gold for Ben Reynolds (M55), and three bronze medals for Martin Shore (M40) Paul Cheetham (M45) and Andy Weir (M50), our Thames team will be buying some extra baggage allowance for the flight home.

March Second Sunday 5

Fifteen Thames men and ladies ran our March SS5. Simon Gardner was first home for Thames in 5th spot with Hannah-Mai Flynn first lady home.  It was great to be back on the proper side of the brook, but my goodness was it muddy.  The gale force wind helped everyone up the Toastrack too.

A very successful Dash for The Splash 10k

Many thanks to our 42 Thames men and ladies who hosted a really excellent Dash For The Splash 10k.  It was our largest ever field, with 325 entries and perfect weather.  The race was won by Matt Jones, and in all seventeen saltires toed the line.

Brighton Half Marathon

Well done to Toby Pearson who clocked an excellent 1.16 for 34th place at the Brighton Half Marathon.  James Wingrave (1.58) and Paul Keeler (2.00) also ran for Thames.

Thames at the National XC Champs
