Running on Wimbledon Common since 1868
Many thanks to our 42 Thames men and ladies who hosted a really excellent Dash For The Splash 10k. It was our largest ever field, with 325 entries and perfect weather. The race was won by Matt Jones, and in all seventeen saltires toed the line.
Well done to Toby Pearson who clocked an excellent 1.16 for 34th place at the Brighton Half Marathon. James Wingrave (1.58) and Paul Keeler (2.00) also ran for Thames.
A sizeable Saltire contingent made the journey up to Harewood House near Leeds for the National and it was well worth the trip for the excellent course, large and highly competitive fields and the balmy conditions.
